Standard Yearly Service agreement
Program Inclusions:
Spring start up (April-May)
Turn on of main water to system
Full assessment of system and setting of timers
Full assessment and adjustment of all sprinkler heads and operation
End of year shut down (winterization) (October 15 -November 15( Based on areas being done))
Turn off water main
Blow out sprinkler lines with commercial compressor
Disable timer
No Road call fee for all service calls throughout the year. This includes adjustment of Heads if due to to improper adjustment in spring .
What is not included:
Replacement of any components of system due to either damage or wear of materials plus labor during the season.
Servicing of valves, heads, re setting , adjustments to timer or power outages
Raising, lowering or adjustment of Heads due to shrub /vegetation relocation or growth
Resetting of Timer or Timer adjustment
Damage from Lightning strikes
More than one start up
More than one Shut down (We plan our routes based on customers in area. Your date may fluctuate)

This service agreement is valid only after and when account is paid in full within thirty days of presentation of bill of completion of service Customer is responsible for oversight and the ongoing operation of system. Watermatic will service and will make system operational to customers approval as represented by payment of bill in full for yearly service contract.
